The drum thickener is used for sludge concentration. Its spray pipe is easy to access and easy to maintain. It can ensure dynamic concentration by continuously rotating the sludge. It is professionally designed for sludge pre-digestion treatment (for primary sludge and secondary sludge). or deep treatment of sludge). It can also be used to reduce the hydraulic load on dewatering equipment installed in downstream processes. Sludge is transported within the drum due to a combination of the drum's inclination and the rotational motion of the drum and its internal design. The drum features different filtration stages zone by zone along its length and uses polyester cloth for better separation efficiency.
