(1) The outlet water quality is good and the impact load resistance is high

The inlet weir is uniquely designed to dissipate energy and prevent disturbance. Filtration and backwashing are performed at the same time. (2) Small footprint
What is different from the traditional depth filtration unit is that the water flow in the traditional filtration equipment generally flows from top to bottom, or from bottom to top, which is a planar direction filtration. All filter discs are almost always in filtering state, and the equipment idle rate is low. The entire filtration device only requires electricity for the drive motor, backwash pump and electric valve. The drive motor power is only 0.55KW-0.75KW, and the backwash pump power is only 2.2KW. The fiber turntable microfiltration machine requires a small amount of water, and the ratio to the treated water volume is ≤1%. Under actual engineering operation conditions, the backwash interval is generally 2h, and the flushing time of each filter plate is 1-2mim. Therefore, the amount of backwash water can be returned to the pre-treatment system relatively uniformly without affecting the pre-treatment process.
(5) Clean thoroughly, no need to add chlorine in advance
The existing filter cloth structure and backwash frequency and intensity make the operation of this filtration equipment basically unaffected by algae growth problems. First of all, the structure of the filter cloth is a large pore support layer and a fiber wool layer. During reverse suction, the fiber wool will stand up completely at the reverse suction port. The cleaning is relatively thorough and it is difficult for residues to accumulate. Thirdly, the backwash frequency of this filter equipment is generally 60 minutes, which is relatively intensive, and the flushing intensity is relatively high, which is 333l/m2﹒ s, making it very difficult for algae to grow, so there is no need to pre-add chlorine before the filter
(6) Operation automation
The whole process is controlled by computer, and the time interval and process duration of the backwash process and mud discharge process can be controlled according to the liquid level or time.
(7) Simple and convenient maintenance
There may still be large foreign objects (such as plastic bags, cloth strips, fibers) in the effluent after sedimentation of sewage treatment, that is, in the water before filtration. Their impact and damage to the filtration system can be ignored, and the corresponding maintenance problems will not be affected. Large, it is related to operational safety and stability. The form of fiber turntable filter filter is outside in and inside out, that is, the sewage enters the filter first, and the filtered sewage enters the central pipe. In this way, even if there are large floating objects in the water before filtering, it will have a great impact on the operation of the filter few.

Each segment of the filter disc can be removed independently, and it only takes 10 minutes to replace one disc.
