 The LS screw conveyor adopts international standard products, equivalent to ISO1050-75 standard, and is designed and manufactured in compliance with ZBJ1005.1-2-88 professional standards. It has advanced technical indicators and novel structure. It is the replacement product of my country's GX screw conveyor in the 1990s. Application scope of LS screw conveyor: Screw conveyors are widely used in various industrial sectors, such as building materials, electric power, chemical industry, metallurgy, coal, machinery, light industry, grain and food industries.

LS screw conveyor has requirements for conveying materials, including powdery, granular and small lump materials. For example: cement, coal powder, grain, fertilizer, ash, sand, etc. The temperature of the material should not exceed 200°C. The screw machine is not suitable for transporting materials that are perishable, sticky, and easy to agglomerate. Because these materials are conveyed on a screw and rotate with it without moving forward, or the material will form a blockage at the hanging bearing and will stick, causing the screw machine to not work properly. The working environment of the LS screw machine should be between -20°C and 50°C. It is allowed to be used at a slight inclination. The maximum inclination angle shall not exceed 20°C.

This LS screw conveyor design mainly analyzes the relevant parameters of powder material transportation. The design requires the name and characteristics of the materials to be transported.
